I am a PhD level Psychotherapist currently living in London.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deciding to start therapy and finding the right therapist can be a challenging process. On this website, you will find information put together with the aim of helping you decide whether therapy, and therapy with me in particular, will be a good fit for you.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am a psychotherapist currently based in North West (NW)\u00a0 London, UK. I am Indian by origin and have worked as a psychotherapist in the United States, India and the UK. As a result of these experiences, I bring to my practice an understanding of working with people with diverse identities and concerns. I\u00a0 provide therapy to\u00a0 young adults, adults and couples for a range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, eating disorders, parental concerns, life transitions, mental health during pregnancy and postpartum. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0I am drawn to help people find ways to live the life that seems most meaningful for
